We recently got a young conure and have realized that our busy lifestyle does not coincide with this type of bird, unfortunately. We've only had him a few weeks, but he needs MUCH more attention than we are able to offer him. Everyone in our 3 person household works and/or attends college full-time.
He was hand-raised (not just hand fed, but RAISED) and is VERY tame and lovable toward anyone and everyone. He doesn't know he's a bird. The person we obtained the bird from will not offer us any of our money back and we simply can't opt for that. We will sell him with the cage and accessories or just the bird alone.
The bird alone would be $300, the cage, accessories, food, and bird would be $500. We have over $700 invested. The cage alone was $300. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
