Andrew Monroe Kriegel, J.D. is a Tulsa Divorce Attorney. As a third generation Oklahoma Attorney who was raised in Tulsa, he has strong roots in our local community with Tulsa people.
Andrew's law practice concentrates on Family Law, including complex issues such as divorce, guardianship, modification of custody support, legal separation, and child custody visitation as well as a host of other complex issues. Other areas of expertise include creditor's rights, collections, small business concerns, and wills and trusts.
Often times, Family Law coincides with issues related to Criminal Law and Civil Mediation. Under his practice of Criminal Law he has complex cases involving DUI and drugs, contempt cases, assault and battery, protective orders, and robbery.
Andrew's primary goal is to avoid the emotional and economic hardships of litigation. His degree in Psychology, along with his mediation skills, has helped resolve the majority his cases without having to go to court. Many clients have been relieved to resolve their cases out of court.
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico in xxxx, Andrew went on to receive Juris Doctorate in xxxx from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and licensed to practice in the Northern and Western United States District of Oklahoma. When Andrew is not practicing law, he spends his leisure time as a Certified Judo Coach at the Tulsa Judo Club. He is a seven time Oklahoma State Judo Champion and holds a 2nd degree black belt.
